If you want to see the very best riders in action, it’s not too late – there are still tickets available for the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games in Normandy (23 August – 7 September.

Available

Around 300,000 tickets have already been sold for the Games, but the organisers have announced today (18 July) that 100,000 tickets are still available from the official website.

The price of the tickets are generally lower than the last WEG in Kentucky, with prices starting from €5 and the average ticket cost being €25.

Sold out events

There is said to be ‘some availability’ across most events, but some have sold out completely – including the endurance race (Thursday, 28 August), the reining final (Saturday 30 August), eventing’s dressage and showjumping (28, 29, and 31 September), and the driving’s maniability (Sunday 7 September).

However, don’t despair – according the organising team, tickets to one of the ‘sold out’ events might become available again, and equestrian fans are encouraged to check back on the ticketing site at frequent intervals.

For those who have been lucky enough to secure tickets, you can now download and print your e-tickets on the ticketing websiteunder ‘My Account’.
