Great new shows coming to Horse & Country in 2018
Christmas is over and the weather is grim, but Horse & Country TV has got some great new shows in 2018 to brighten your day.
Olympia Horse Show
To keep that festive feeling going a little bit longer we are bringing Olympia Horse Show into your home on New Year’s Day, with Olympia 2017: Puissance (8pm), followed by Olympia 2017: Grand Prix (9pm). What better way to recover from the night before?
Daisy Dines with Nick Skelton
Brand new for 2018 is an exciting news series called Daisy Dines With… which sees Daisy Bunn, director of Hickstead, interview her famous friends. The first programme features Olympic gold medalist Nick Skelton, and we can’t wait to find out what they talk about.
Another new programme to look forward to is Equus Worldwide: India which takes viewers to Rajasthan, to find out more about Marwari horses. This rare breed is known for their distinctive ears, which turn inward at the tip.
Rudall Rides with Tim Stockdale
We also have new series of your old favourites, including Top Marks: Next Generation, Backstage Pass with Monty Roberts, Rudall’s Round-Up and Rudall Rides With…
Jenny’s unique chat show on horseback kicks off with international showjumper Tim Stockdale (pictured above) on 20 December at 8pm.
LIVE showjumping
If this isn’t enough to get you through January, you can also enjoy thrilling coverage of the FEI World Cup Jumping, Dressage and Driving.
Looking further ahead, we are very excited to bring you LIVE action from the Rolex Grand Prix from ‘s-Hertogenbosch in the Netherlands, which is first of the four major events in the Rolex Grand Slam of Showjumping.
You can watch all these great shows on Sky 253, or online via H&C Play or Amazon Video. H&C Play subscribers have access to over 500 shows On Demand and the last 10 days of programming on Catch Up, which you can watch on your smartphone, tablet or computer.
